Scope:
Present sell conditions regard products sell under the www.disting-bike.com website at the order acceptance date. They are valid in all these cases: order by Internet, by email, by phone, by fax, by postal letter or directly brought in our shop. Customer accepts to take into account, at the moment of the acceptance order, all sell conditions mentioned in the www.disting-bike.com website. This validation is valid for signature and considered as immediate acceptance of every transactions made in the website.
When you have taken notice of these conditions and you accept by clicking the button "ORDER CONFIRMATION" after the order process, you declare to have accepted the totality of the present terms and conditions without any reserve or disclosure.
Orders:
After you have confirmed the order, we will send back to you a confirmation e-mail. We will inform you of the shipping delay of the part. The sell will be accepted when the confirmation order will be done.
We reserve the right of cancelling any customer order with whom we had have previous payment problems with. If due to Force majeure or any problems Disting couldn’t execute the accepted order, the cancellation will generate the restitution of the payment without any interest, neither indemnity. The automatic record systems are considered as proofs of purchase, the cause, content and order date.
The information enunciated by the customer implies himself: in case of error in the destination information, Disting couldn’t be responsible of its incapability of the order delivery.
Owner reserve:
The Disting company is owner of the delivered products until the total payment by the customer. The here above dispositions do not prevent the transfer to the customer of the risks of lost or damages of the merchandise submitted to the property reserve, also for the damage that could be caused to it until the delivery of the products.
Prices:
The prices are indicated in euros and dollars, all taxes included and without transport cost. The suppliers’ prices are in constant evolution, the prices marked on the website are susceptible of change at any time without previous information. They can change also by product release / change or promotions. At the order confirmation, the total amount is the final price.
Payment way:
-By check: Only reserved for French customer living in main land and Corsica. The check should be sent at the following address:

It’s mandatory that the customer specify his name and first name, his order number and customer number. This information are given to the customer at the validation order issue in the page named “Confirmation of the order record”.
The customer could, if he wants print this page or write on the information on a blank page. In case of the customer hadn’t written on these information, he could find it back at the confirmation sent by e-mail to him.
It’s mandatory that the check will be attached by a copy of his identity card. -By credit card: We use Paypal for this kind of payment, it’s the easiest solution for international payment with credit card by internet. Paypal is a company specialized in transactions by Internet.
-All people who have an e-mail address and a credit card can access easily and could have the security of his payment due to the warranty emitted by the Paypal company. At the moment of the order confirmation, if you have chosen this type of payment you will be redirected to the Paypal website which will have made an official bill. It just holds to pay on it with your credit card. The charge on your credit card will be done the day when your order is registered in our website.
Lack of payment
The Disting company reserve itself the right to reject the delivery of a product or to achieve an order which comes from a customer which has not paid the totality of a previous order or with which we had a payment incident in process.
Product homologation:
The use of accessories without homologation and product which could modify the characteristics are reserved to the competition rules when it doesn’t permit it. It’s totally forbidden to use it on the public way. The buyer of the no homologate parts can not in any cases response to the fact of be informed of the no homologation of the product. All the characteristics modifications of the vehicle regarding his homologation due to the circulation. The Disting company cannot be responsible of any accident or fixes due to the installation of these products which modifies the initial characteristics of the vehicle.
Warranty:
Some parts in our website can be warranted, if it applies, it will be specified in the product description, including the warranty period. If a product is under warranty, it means: it was used and fitted by a professional on the vehicle and that the vehicle has been used in its normal environment specified in the manufacturer user manual. In this case, you can take the decision of sending us back the product without shipping charges for us, and we will send you back the product as soon as possible without any charge for you.
Expedition and delivery:
We ship the products of our website to any place in the world, we are working with La Poste for France and abroad. For more information click on www.colissimo.net
Delivery costs:
-For France (included Corsica) with La Poste Colissimo : Only 8.50 € (taxes included) cost
Note : shipments of parts with payment at the reception have an additional extra cost of 5€ applied to the initial price. This will be indicated in the total cost of your invoice.
-For abroad and DOM-TOM with La Poste Colissimo: Only 14.90 € (taxes included) cost
Note : shipment of parts with payment at the delivery are impossible for international orders.
Delivery time:
Lead time: If the ordered product is not in stock we will take between 5 to 30 days to receive it from our supplier. Surely we will send you an e-mail to inform you the delivery time calculated for your shipment.
Shipment time: The preparation time to complete your shipment is approximately 24 to 48h excluding week ends and vacation periods (order treatment, invoicing, preparation of the product, packaging) before expedition if the product is immediately available.
Transit period:
For France the transit time is 48/72h.
For abroad the transit time is between 5 to 15 days.
The Disting company inform the customer than the indicated delivery times are those which are given by the freight suppliers. We are just transmitted this information to the customer for information. The delay of deliver can not make Disting responsible of that incident. The claims have to been done directly to the freight company at the delivery of the product.
Tracking of the shipment:
A tracking number will be sent to the customer directly after the expedition. The follow-up of the product shipment could be done on the website of our freight company : www.colissimo.net
Cancellation:
Due to the different disposition of the distance consummation laws, you dispose of 7 days since the delivery date to send us back a product with the proposal of change or devolution. The returned product will be shipped at your own expenses and under your responsibility, It has to be:
- In its original packaging,
- Totally intact,
- In perfect condition to be resold,
- With every accessories and the invoice.
All returned merchandise that not complies with that conditions will be rejected.
The customers that are dealers or distributors can not be benefit of the cancellation right.
Pictures:
The pictures presented in our website or our catalogues are not official, colours, sizes, the graph quality or the aspect (brute colour, back grills...). We try to make our best for them to be as close to the real merchandise as possible. Do not hesitate to contact us to get more pictures.
The pictures are the strict property of the Disting company. Their use is totally prohibited without the agreement of the responsible of the company.
Legal Capacity:
The purchase of a product on the website of the Disting company are not an act of the diary life, and due to the article 1124 of the civil code, every customer of the Disting company declare to have the capacity to contract at the following conditions, it means to have the legal majority and to be not protected against the article 488 of the civil code.
Confidential data:
We will be in charge of not to communicate in whichever case your personal data to any other commercial company. Due to the informatics and freedom law of the 6th of January 1978 you dispose of the access and rectification right to your personal data.
